You may enjoy Mary Gaitskill. She’s not exactly like Bret Easton Ellis or Chuck Palahnuik, but her work has a similar cool, stark, almost brutal quality in common with them both. She’s also a better writer than either, in my opinion.
Her debut short story collection, Bad Behaviour is a good place to start.
Margaret Atwood has written some great distopian fiction a la Philip K Dick or Thomas Pynchon. The Handmaid’s Tale and the Maddaddam trilogy are particularly good.

I really enjoyed A Certain Hunger by Chelsea G. Summers as a feminist take on American Psycho! I also think Otessa Moshfegh does a fab job of writing dirty, unlikeable female protagonists similar to Chuck Palahniuk’s style.
