I’m looking for a book that has the James Bond world and adventure type of vibe. I read the Alex rider series when I was much younger and really enjoyed those but want something more grown up (since I’m 25 now lol). Any feedback is appreciated!

Ian Fleming wrote some novels you might like.
John Scalzi’s **Starter Villain** is an entertaining spoof of the early James Bond movies. A substitute teacher inherits his estranged uncle’s villainy which comes complete with a secret volcanic lair.
