I have read Educated by Tara Westover, The Glass Castle, What my Bones Know by Stephanie Foo, Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl (the most intense and the best one imo). I need more suggestions for memoirs from people who went through traumatic events and lived to tell about it.
