I’ve been searching for more recommendations for books that give me similar vibes to my favorite movies. That being 80’s fantasies like Labyrinth, Willow, Ladyhawke, Last Unicorn and Princess Bride. I’ve already read what I could but I’m hoping to expand.

Princess Bride is a book! Stardust by Neil Gaiman is also excellent.
*The Neverending Story* was based on a book. Book was better, in my opinion. You could try that.
Also, the Lloyd Alexander books–*The Book of Three*, *The Black Cauldron*, etc.
*The Hero from Otherwhere* was written in the 60s (?), but I think it’s got the vibe you’re after.
