Hey, can you please recommend books like Dale Carnegie's. Searching for books that is about how to stop thinking about bad stuff (for a moment for work or studying), getting the emotional toughness to ignore or just don't give a fuck. I'm not talking about big serious problems that need to be addressed, but more the small things, that are not important but very annoying and your brain picks on it, even though you know the answer. I need methods, that bring back my focus back to my work and worry about it later. I think the term is 'emotional hijacking', where emotions are so big, that you can't function anymore. (please no books about meditation)
