Is there an atlas – of time?

I am hoping to find a book recommendation that fits the concept of history of the world, when a major event was occurring in one country; what was happening in X countries?

For example, when the First Opium War broke out, what was happening in say, Russia, America, Zimbabwe, etc.

I would like to see what (if any) major historical events coincided with each other or were really close together but were geographically far apart.
