Sort of adjacent to the Reluctant Hero where the MC is a guide/guard to another character but is doing so only because he stands to gain great reward or is otherwise coerced into service and would ditch the ward if given proper motivation. Think a Flynn Ryder type from Tangled but less Disney. Thanks.
