Suggest me a book with a darkly humorous juicy small town scandal or mystery

Looking for something taking place in a small, affluent town or community with some spicy scandal(s) at the forefront. Affairs, murder, secrets, lies, and dark humor. A book that really “goes there” and dives in deep. I want pain and misery and revenge and sex and all the things! R-rated indeed. I read Big Little Lies years ago and LOVED it so much, so probably something along those lines. Hit me.
