So we are a big reading household but we also love anime. I have a 12 year old who loves SpyxFamily and Demon Slayer. Trying to find some books that have similar plots and funny characters will little to no romance and appropriate for 12-14 years old.
They specifically asked for historical Japan with demons and swords…really trying to find a Demon Slayer like story in book form (for school reading, otherwise we'd just read manga). TIA
