Recently rewatched true detective season 1 as well as the movie prisoners and thoroughly enjoyed both of them, was looking for any books with similar vibes/mysteries, I also enjoyed the slight lovecraftian/supernatural elements that true detective only hinted at briefly so horror book recommendations are very much welcomed as well
