I’m searching for a book that is about a guy named Luca and a girl idk her name. So they are together and she gets pregnant. She goes to talk to him about something but meets his mom who gives her a check saying he doesn’t want the kid and abort it. She keeps the child and years later he becomes a band leader I think and finds out about the kid.
