Awfully embarrassing request, I know. I'm looking for books that might help me get some emotional catharsis about the fact that I'm 27 and haven't been in a long-term committed relationship, ever. A lot of that is due to my own commitment issues and internalized queer issues, but I'm trying to work on it!!! I just want a salve in the meantime, something to help commiserate. Any books about late bloomers, relationship wise?
(While I would love queer titles especially, I am open to everything! This is a bit different than "late bloomer coming out" or "never had a queer experience before" books though, since I've been a practicing queer since I was 16. I'm mostly just interested in stories about commitment and relationships, whether those are traditional romance novels or not. Thanks!)
