I don’t want to be grossed out by the amount of gore but I want a good story that I’m actually scared to turn the pages lol there’s only been so many scary books that’s actually gave me that. But what’s yalls recommendation for a good medium sized horror book please!

-The house in the pines by Ana ryes
-I can be a better you by Tarryn Fisher
Those are the books I really enjoyed so something similar to those but really I appreciate any suggestions!
