Great Courses has “The Art of Negotiating the Best Deal” by Seth Freeman, which I find myself thinking back on several years later. One of the most striking things I learned was how important it is to inform/educate the other party of your position. I remember the material being easily accessible.
There is also a host of success literature classics such as “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and “Skill with People” and things like this that would help with negotiations.

I enjoyed Jay Heinrichs’ *Thank You For Arguing*.
