Does anyone have the treatise “On Physiognomy” from Adamantius the physician?

I have been looking for that for months on the internet and on libraries and I couldn´t find it anywhere, and, based on what I investigated, it still exists, it hasn´t been lost in time. There are just no modern copies. If you know something let me know, thanks
