Hi all, this might be a little too niche, but I figured I would give it a shot. I JUST reread the manga and watched anime, despite not really reading/watching manga or anime anymore.
I'm looking for a book similar to the anime/manga Fruits Basket. Now, that's a lot to ask, so here are some elements I really like about the series:
- a curse afflicting one of the main characters, and thus the plot is about breaking said curse in some sort of way
- urban fantasy setting (set in our world with supernatural/fantastical elements)
- a romance between two of the main characters (side plot, main plot, any plot is fine by me)
- Young Adult or Adult Fiction! Both are fine!
I figure that's broad enough for some book recommendations. I dunno what it is, I just have a craving for something similar ☺️
