Looking for a book that gives twin peaks energy

I've recently finished watching twin peaks (original seasons and the return) and I'm looking for a book that gives the same energy. Either the cosiness of the first seasons or the more sinister horror aspect of the return.
I am normally a fantasy reader but would be keen for something with more of a horror aspect as well.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
