does anyone know where to get (physically) small books that would fit in someones pocket, specifically books about learning english language

bit of a weird question and probably not something that exists but im askign for my friend whos in the iranian military, and so he cant carry around a big book with him or even read one when he is just on guard, any help or tips would be appreciated

he also cant have his phone on him, hence E books arent an option
