I want to get into reading books but i don’t know where to start

I’m currently turning 20 and i decided that i want to get into reading, i feel like all the social media and videogames rotted my brain to the point where i only look forward to my days off to play videogames the whole day, i do workout in the morning, but i feel unsatisfied with spending my day playing videogames after the gym, if anybody has any suggestions to a newbie reader i’m open to suggestions
