Not even necessarily self-help, just anything like memoirs and stuff about one's ambition to become a master at a certain skill for themselves and by passion instead of by the urge to be productive in today's society. I'm more interested in the person's experience rather than general advice(though of course I don't mind it either).
Can be any skill or hobby but would be nice if you happen to know ones related to art!
