Yes, I’m looking for something big, bulky, even a textbook, which systematically investigates the above artforms, since Gardner’s series does not particularly do such investigation.
I suppose I’m after any single book, no matter how big or dense, that can really do justice to the artistry, history, psychology, and influence of these forms.
