That would contribute to a good or inspiring /positive headspace before a trip to a foreign country?

Going on a trip to Mongolia soon. Will stay with a nomadic family for a week. Would appreciate books suggestions to read while commuting there/staying there. Doesn’t have to be location specific but figured the details might help someone with a suggestion. Ty
