Looking for a book that is about/has a sibling taking care of their disabled sibling.

Kind of specific request, but I watched “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”and read “The Scarlet Ibis” and the brothers relationships in both stories really stuck with more for some reason, so I was wondering if anyone has any book recommendations that follow that sort of theme? Thank you!
