Might be a niche request, but I’m interested in any book that gives off that 90s Queer Cinema feeling. I recently watched Totally F***ed Up, The Doom Generation, and Mysterious Skin, and I fell in love with all the different and complex themes they tackle. I realized I know very little of 90s queer culture, and was interested in finding out more, be that through nonfiction (memoirs, biographies, or anything of the sort), or fiction. I’m a pretty ample reader, and I don’t stick to one specific genre, so there aren’t any limitations on that. I am a pretty big fan of literary fiction though, so anything like that would be perfect, but otherwise I’m open to pretty much everything. Any recs? Appreciate it in advance!
