Books about a relationship between two immortal/ethereal beings?
I'm not sure if there are any books like this but I'd love to read about a relationship between two immortal beings that develops and spans across a long time. It doesn't matter if it's platonic or romantic!

I don’t think the characters are immortal but I wonder if The Left Hand Of Darkness by Ursula Le Guin would fit the bill?
