My son is 4 and his dad is having trouble connecting with him and finding enjoyment in parenting. He struggles with his own emotions and its hard for him to manage his kids emotions. Are there any parenting books geared towards men who are finding it hard to be a parent? I want to help and I'm hoping there was an author out there who went through the same thing and wrote about it.
