Used to be a reader exclusively of self-help books. I'm a bit more jaded now and have a hard time getting through most self-help books these days. I recently read a few of what I would call "self-help adjacent" books where I felt like I could apply other practices or disciplines to other parts of my life. For example, I recently read some books on decluttering, meditation (thich nhat anh), and "writing is in the bones".
Anything else along those lines? Hope this makes sense.
