Frog and Toad for adults

I'm looking for the vibe of frog and toad. Laid back, flying kites, enjoying the weather/seasons, lazy days. The books could be children's books as well but in the sense that adults enjoy Calvin and Hobbes/frog and toad/wind in the willows. I'd like the books to have (some) beautiful illustrations that capture the beauty of simple living/day to day life.
