Hi there! I just finished reading “Martyr!” by Kaveh Akbar and it is one of the best books I have read in the last few years. Im looking for anything similar. I specifically liked that it was modern day literary fiction about a queer protagonist. I also loved “Less” by Andrew Sean Greer. I also really liked Akbar’s exploration of death, grief and morality. So any books that kinda fit either or both of those criteria would be appreciated ♡
