This series was suggested to me when I asked for books that were like Outlander but without all of the SA. I’m reading the first one now and it has a lot in common with Outlander, but I’m really hating the whole “I’m going to seduce you and make you love me” thing the male MC is doing. I know the other books revolve around other couples, so are there any that aren’t like this? And maybe where the spiny scenes aren’t so eye-rolls? I like a well written one but last night apparently holding hands was “exquisite” and oy.
