Fir tree forests, snow/winter, mythic or fairytale or cozy, anthropomorphic animals okay

Just looking for more books with this sort of feel. Something similar to Katherine Arden's "Winternight" trilogy, or the wintertime scenes in classics like "Narnia" and "The Wind In The Willows". Or something like "The Snow Child" or Emily Winfield Martin's "Snow & Rose". Any ideas/recommendations? Thanks so much ❄️🌲☺️
