I read quite a lot of psychology books, so is not necessary to recommend me the most famous ones!

I enjoyed a book that gets recommended for philosophy classes in college called “Philosophy: Asking Questions—Seeking Answers” and I found it very enlightening as it gave me perspective on situations in ways I never thought. It’s like a shortcut book that gives you multiple philosopher’s perspectives on topics in chapters that are easily digestible and has the strawman arguments from different time periods, philosophical styles and political or religious backgrounds. It helped me to understand that I shouldn’t understand many things, because of the complexity of life and billions of people on this massive planet.

    2. How to do the work by Dr. Nicole Lapera.

I just got The Body Keeps the Score in the mail, looking forward to reading that. Good luck!
