Been looking for biographys that cover the lesser known eras of presidents, this being the main area that I've been wanting to learn more about. The other specific era was mainly in the 1890s, and the closest thing I've found for that so far is Presidential Chronicles Volume V: Dawn of a New Century By David Fisher. I'm also open to suggestions for biographies on individual presidents, but figured it would be easier to get started with something that is briefer for that specific time in history.
