Hi – looking for book recommendations for my 30 year old sister who is in a mental health facility. She's not a big reader but there is almost nothing else to do there! If she reads it's normally self-help books. I'd like to give her books that are either informational or stories to distract her. Easy readings would be best since she struggles to stay focused when reading or even watching movies.
Her likes: she's a yoga instructor, artist and bartender who lives in a big city and is a modern, independent entrepreneur.
Dislikes: romance, history, fantasy and sci fi
Absolute avoids: excessive food talk (the food there sucks) and avoid anything about religion/spirits/psychic anything (she's already having psychotic conversations with god so she doesn't need any encouragement there!)
Thank you!
