What’s a good cutesy series or book to get into! Trying to get back into fiction reading. Usually I’ll read WWII Euro-centric books that have like a love story but I need something more to captivate my attention.
You might try the first book in the “Maisie Dobbs” series by Jacqueline Winspear. If you enjoy it, know that the series and the protagonist ages and matures beautifully.
No sex and no foul language. Interesting storylines that include historical elements of the time and place.
