Going to preemptively say I’ve read all of the Godfather books, BMF, Shantaram, and I own the five families book before those suggestion are inevitably thrown out there.
But pretty much looking for anything else surrounding organized street crime. Can be Mafioso can be Cartel, can be based around black gangs, I’m open to anything. Leaning more towards fictional but I’m open to both.
Want to also throw out there one of my favorite movies is City of God so anything similar to that is a HUGE plus (I’m aware there is a City of God book as well but have been told on many occasions it’s not very good)
