Russian Spy, Similar to The Americans TV Show

I don't know much about Russia, but very interested in a good Russian spy novel and can be a translated work. Hopefully something well written and not just some quick action Jack Reacher type of story or writing. I really loved the show The Americans and am quite intrigued. O
