I apologize if this question was already asked, but since someone recently asked about a book that was bad whose movie or tv adaptation was better, I want to know was there a book you read that was so good the movie or tv adaptation just didn't live up to it?
I'll start, and I think everyone's probably heard of how dreadful it is, but the 4th Harry Potter book — Goblet Of Fire, is so much better than whatever the movie was.
