Rachel Yoder's Nightbitch was recommended to me for a couple of different reasons. I liked what sounded like an interesting take on werewolves.
I couldn't get past the second paragraph. The choice not to use quotation marks was fingernails on a blackboard. Saw it was that way all the way through the novel. I get it was a deliberate choice, but I just couldn't do it. Two paragraphs, roughly a hundred words.
Anyone else?
