Are there any stories or accounts out there of slaves who had schizophrenia and other mental health issues?

I imagine depression was quite common, I’m just looking for an article or story that goes into detail about the lives of slaves who were schizophrenic, bipolar, or had other undiagnosed mental health issues. There’s no doubt in my mind that they weren’t treated well but I’m just wondering if there are any particular historical accounts out there.
