hello!!
i have a 14 year old sister that has epilepsy so she cant really research or use the internet to know how to take care of her self and help her self be stronger mentally. and we dont really have the best parents (aka making her apologize for things she didnt do or wasnt her fault etc) you get the point.
so i was thinking of maybe getting her a book that would help her know how to improve her self and care for her? its fine if it has some curse words. some recommendations would help 🙂
