I wanna find a book anyone has any ideas? A girl and a boy kinda romance, old times, ice age i think, two human tribes (or societies? ) meeting?

So I dont remember much but it was fantasy or epic fantasy. I remember there was a lot of ice in the summary or the introduction, like ice age or something. And it mainly revolved around two big groups of human beings, like tribes, or i dont know, but like really really big groups, of human beings meeting for the first time maybe? And a girl was I think the main character, there was some romance in it too…

Any ideas? :/
