Hi,
I’ve been struggling for a long time with the concept of existence and purpose. Due to my upbringing, I oftentimes find myself wondering why I was born, and feel like my parents regretted having me. I also did not grow up with any type of faith, so I was never attached to any form of spiritual belief.
I have been going to therapy, and am working on my mental health, but this thought continues to return and often sends me into spirals I struggle to overcome, and it impacts my day to day.
Does anyone have any book recommendations that can help me work on my mindset and help me find more ways to cope with existing?
Tl;dr: Mental health often struggles with finding purpose in existence, wanting to cope better and am looking for book reccs.
