Weird, horror adjacent, magical realism recs?

I’ve been obsessed with this niche genre of books lately. For reference, some that I’ve loved so far are
-The Hike by drew Magary (this was my fav if anyone knows anything like it)
-A touch of Jen
-Motherthing
-chlorine by Jade song
-natural beauty
-Monstrillo

Most of them have a lit fic vibe, but also some horror aspect and a twist of magic. I really love these types of books where
You can’t tell what’s real and what isn’t, and you’re left just like “what the hell is going on” lol. If anyone knows anything similar pls let me know! Also I’ve been recommended earthlings a lot but that’s outside the realm of what I can handle trigger wise !
