Books that feel like a middle grade adventure, but for adults?

What the title says. Something that makes me feel like I'm going on a quest, like the LOTR series + The Hobbit. Somehow, The Hollow Places by T. Kingfisher also fits the bill for me. Or the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End
