    I generally live healthily (meaning I try to eat the right things, exercise physically, avoid stress, have a regular sleep schedule, etc.). Still, occasionally, I fall back into old habits.

    One habit I developed is listening to audiobooks before going to sleep. This allows me to switch from books about politics, science, or philosophy to books themed on a healthy lifestyle.

    I am looking for books that continuously motivate me to invest in my health. These can be educational books or books encouraging people to stay healthy, such as biographies of role models.
