I really enjoyed the sci-fi lite, body horror/thriller, and important messages about beauty/aging…it was intriguing, campy, scary, fun, and sometimes so completely human. Absolutely loved it and would love a book with a similar vibe. Doesn’t have to be the same message exactly, anything that shines a light on modern bullshit (social media, AI) bundled into a horror/thriller would be cool. The last time I liked a movie this much was Parasite. Something about horror with scathing social commentary gets me.
