Hello to all,
All my life i’ve been affected by my emotions, not being able to let go of people, being always angry and wanting to fight. I’m looking for self-help book on how to control my emotions better or at least regulate them. I tend to let emotions control me and i want to be happy, stress free and not feel that burning rage thats eating me alive everyday.
