I have a hard time explaining things that I know a lot about… for example, if there is a topic that I am an expert in, and I have to train someone at work, I feel like I never get my point across and just am not concise! I think I have a hard time bridging the gap between what I know and what others might not know who are just starting out…
I hope this makes sense! Does anyone have a good recommendation for a book that discusses leadership and communication that may touch on this topic! Thank you!!
