I have been really wanting to get back into reading. I thought I'd try a court of thorns and roses by Sarah Maas, and the Black Jewels trilogy by Anne Bishop. But I'm kind of looking for a book with a character similar to Astarion in Baldur's Gate 3, demeanor wise anyway. It can be a vampire book, I like those but doesn't have to be. I also don't want the book to fall short on the plot, story line or character development.
